The Château de Jallanges, built in the XVth century, is situated 12 kms (8 miles) from Tours, and 10 kms (less than 7 miles) from Amboise. Giving us all the advantages of a big city, without any urban inconvenience. We are ideally located in the vine-growing area of Vouvray, and visits to local cellars can be easily arranged. (Chinon and Bourgueil, red wine areas, are only 45 kms from Jallanges). Our "4 star" selected bedrooms are each in the main Château, with authentic old style and original furnishings, and a comfortable spacious bathroom (private toilet, double washbasin, bath/shower and mini-bar).
