La Maison des Consuls is situated in a beautiful and widely visited medieval square in the heart of Mirepoix. This historic residence will take you on a matchless tour of the 13th century with its uniquely decorated bedrooms and living areas. Each bedroom has its own name and style whether it be 15th century or contemporary. They are all very comfortable and equipped with en suite facilities. Half of them overlook the well-preserved half-timbered facades of the neighboring residences and were recently refurbished with superb antique furniture. Breakfast is served in the cozy "Café des Maquignons" which opens onto a quiet, leafy courtyard.
